Justice League is a 2017 superhero film based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name. It is the fifth instalment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). The film is directed by Zack Snyder and written by the screenplay by Chris Terrio and Joss Whedon (screenplay), Chris Terrio and the director Snyder himself (story). The movie starred Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, and Ciarán Hinds.
Plot:
* To honour Superman (aka Clark Kent) after his death, Bruce Wayne (aka Batman) and his new ally Diana Prince (aka Wonder Woman) assembled a team of heroes whose consisting of Barry Allen (aka The Flash) , Arthur Curry (aka Aquaman) and Victor Stone (aka Cyborg) to face the incoming threat of Steppenwolf who leads an army of Parademons who are searching for the three scattered ancient Mother Boxes across the Earth.
Performance:
* Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman (Kal-El) was the surprise package of this movie. His entry was one of the best scenes of this movie so I'm not spoiling your fun. Watch and experience it.
* Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman portrayed good performance. He conveyed his hardships and emotions that he faced, well. He's good at action scenes as well.
* Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman stole the performance. She was charming, good at action scenes and emotional moments and had sync with other main characters also.
* Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash did a fine performance. His comic timing was fantastic and appreciatable. Even though the character Flash wasn't justified according to the original TV series of the same character (similar to new the Spider-Man in Homecoming movie), he did a good job throughout this movie.
* Jason Momoa as Arthur Carry/Aquaman had the most stylish entry among other superheroes in this movie. He did a great job in this movie. He had a separate entity and ethics in this movie but from the point of pre-climax, his role was suppressed into a supporting role.
* Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg as did a commendable performance. His emotions were subtle and intense to convey his feelings about his transformation and then utilising his ability was good enough.
* Ciarán Hinds as the antagonist Steppenwolf did a good performance. He portrayed intensity in his performance throughout the movie but was shrunken at the point of pre-climax.
* Other actors did their roles apt for the movie.
Technical Aspects:
* Direction by Zack Snyder did a noteworthy job. He made this superhero movie into an unusual movie ride with both class and mass moments. Unlike other superhero movies, he boasted the heroes necessary and that too, was a good move. This movie isn't a regular DC film and he made it into a unique experience. He converted this movie into a bit light way so that every age group can enjoy the movie. That's the plus point. But there were a couple of scenes that weren't connecting the dots.
* Story by Chris Terrio and Zack Snyder himself was good. The only demerit was that the antagonist wasn't that much power compared to other DC antagonists. The antagonist had a strong basement in his flashback story but the antagonism wasn't depicted completely throughout the narration.
* Screenplay by Joss Whedon and Chris Terrio was another major plus point after the direction. The complete screenplay made the whole film into an enjoyable ride. They just overshadowed other usual superhero movies. But they depicted Batman in a state that although he's the leader, his disappointment of without power in his characterisation will make Batman fans a bit sad and they overpowered Superman too, but for a unique reason.
* Music by Danny Elfman did a decent job to the movie. It made the viewers engaged especially in action scenes.
* DoP by Fabian Wagner did a praiseworthy job in capturing the movie and he took the movie into the next level. And gave goosebumps to the spectators.
* Edited by David Brenner, Richard Pearson, and Martin Walsh also did an average job to the movie. The crisp editing made the movie exciting but lacks clarity.'
* Other technical departments like Stunt Choreography, Sound Mixing and Designing, VFX, Production Designing did their work well.
Final Verdict: Justice League is a weak entertainer but could attracts every superhero fans and different age groups too.
